SMART STRENGTH TRAINING GROUP
I know that training is a journey with lots of ups and downs and that having support around you can make the difference between keeping going or giving up, between hitting your goals and not.
When I was training for the World Championships I was so thankful for the amazing coach I had and the amazing group of lifters at the University Powerlifting and Weightlifting club. Together we all performed so much better than we could have on our own. Plus, it was so much more fun 😀
That is why I have created the Facebook Smart Strength Training Group to help support you on your journey, and to help you unleash your inner champion in all areas of your life.
