WHY DO WE SOMETIMES DOUBT AND SABOTAGE OURSELVES?

My sister, Georgie Hope made a great comment on my video "How to Hit Your Biggest Goals".
 
Her question was:
 
"Why do you think that we have some goals that we just know that we will achieve. There is no doubt even if we don’t have the proven steps, and other goals that feel really scary and even if we have the proven steps we doubt and sabotage ourselves. What is the fear?"

SMART STRENGTH TRAINING GROUP

I know that training is a journey with lots of ups and downs and that having support around you can make the difference between keeping going or giving up, between hitting your goals and not.

When I was training for the World Championships I was so thankful for the amazing coach I had and the amazing group of lifters at the University Powerlifting and Weightlifting club. Together we all performed so much better than we could have on our own. Plus, it was so much more fun 😀
