What is your why behind your strength training? What is driving you? It is your why that will keep you going when things get tough when it hurts and you don't want to keep going.

But your surface why generally won't be enough to motivate you and help you keep going.

Ask yourself "Why am I doing this" then "Why is that important to me" and keep going and asking those questions until you get to the why that really does it for you, that really motivates you.

I know that training is a journey with lots of ups and downs and that having support around you can make the difference between keeping going or giving up, between hitting your goals and not.

When I was training for the World Championships I was so thankful for the amazing coach I had and the amazing group of lifters at the University Powerlifting and Weightlifting club. Together we all performed so much better than we could have on our own. Plus, it was so much more fun šŸ˜€
