If you are stuck at home right now, or just can't go to the gym due to the current situation. Here are five home based workouts you can do with little or no equipment.

The workouts are beginner level with the easiest Level 1 working up to the hardest Level 5. I have also add a super easy Level 0, which can be done from a chair, at the bottom of the page.

"Why do you think that we have some goals that we just know that we will achieve. There is no doubt even if we don’t have the proven steps, and other goals that feel really scary and even if we have the proven steps we doubt and sabotage ourselves. What is the fear?"

Most people just meander through life without much focus or direction and get easily battered and tossed and turned by life’s little, and sometimes big, storms.

Champions however, have the ability to focus all of their energy to achieve success in their chosen field and even when the storms come...

All the Champions I have ever known believed they were champion material, that they had what it takes and that they were going to win. They had faith in themselves.

They most likely did not have that self belief when they started their journey, it was something they developed along the way over time.

I know that training is a journey with lots of ups and downs and that having support around you can make the difference between keeping going or giving up, between hitting your goals and not.

What is your why behind your strength training? What is driving you? It is your why that will keep you going when things get tough when it hurts and you don't want to keep going.

But your surface why generally won't be enough to motivate you and help you keep going.
